At MadhtSa™, we want customers to feel secure when purchasing our pet goods. This policy explains how we handle return requests that meet our requirements and how refunds are processed after an eligible return is approved.

30-Day Return Window

If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and remain in its original condition. Whenever possible, please send the item back with its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt, must be included with every return request.

Some products may not be returnable because of health requirements, safety regulations, or specific product restrictions.

Return Process

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. MadhtSa™ will cover return shipping only when the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

After your returned package is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If the refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is related to a mistake made by MadhtSa™.
