Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Commercial terms that apply when MadhtSa™ products are purchased through madhtsa.com.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Agreement and coverage

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through madhtsa.com and form part of the agreement between MadhtSa™ and the customer.

Submitting an order means accepting these terms together with the policies incorporated into them, including the Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable warranty provisions.

2. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices, and availability accurately.

Display settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and product improvements may result in reasonable differences. Actual product experience may also vary according to use, maintenance, environment, and other relevant conditions.

MadhtSa™ pet supplies are consumer products rather than medical devices. Store information is not medical advice and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or professional care.

3. Order review and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself guarantee acceptance.

Before acceptance, we may review payment, identity, delivery address, inventory, order quantity, or indications of possible fraud.

Where permitted by law, orders may be refused, limited, or canceled because of payment failure, inventory problems, pricing or content errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, sanctions, export restrictions, or another lawful reason.

If payment has already been collected for an order that is canceled, the appropriate refund will be issued.

4. Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and may change prospectively.

Applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the final purchase total are presented before an order is submitted.

By using a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. Banks and payment providers control authorization holds, foreign-exchange costs, and payment-posting times.

5. Promotions

Promotional offers may include restrictions involving eligibility, products, quantity, timing, territory, or redemption.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. Promotions may be modified or ended as permitted by law.

6. Shipping, risk, and returns

Order processing, transportation, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the corresponding published MadhtSa™ policies.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer according to applicable law and the delivery terms displayed at checkout.

7. Limited warranty

Eligible MadhtSa™ products include a 2-year limited warranty against covered defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the warranty terms supplied with the applicable product.

The warranty does not cover consumables, normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to instructions.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Proper use

Customers are responsible for setup or assembly where applicable, compatibility, cleaning, component replacement, supervision, maintenance, and use in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.

Where appropriate, stop using a product if it appears damaged or functions abnormally and follow the relevant product or Customer Care guidance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MadhtSa™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of use, data, revenue, or profit arising from a purchase or product use.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, aggregate liability generally will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Legal principles and severability

These terms are interpreted under applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer protections.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated prospectively. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
